How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery. To keep them at their best, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. For that 'just-out-of-the-oven' experience, we recommend warming them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our baked goods across the country! We use premium courier services to ensure your treats arrive fresh. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking link once your box has shipped.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
While we offer some recipes without nuts or gluten, all of our products are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As our products are perishable and often baked to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Do you provide corporate or bulk gifting options?
Absolutely! We love catering for offices, weddings, and events. For orders of more than 10 boxes, please contact our corporate team via the 'Bulk Orders' page for personalized pricing and branding options.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
